PRODUCT DEFINITIONS

  • A product is anything That can be Offered to a market to satisfy a want & need. A Product That are marketed include physical goods, services, experiences, events, persons, places, properties, Organizations, information and ideas (Kotler, 2000: 394) 

  • Are all things that are offered to the market to get attention, owned and consumed, which can satisfy the wants and needs of consumers 
  • In a narrow sense, products are tangible goods, either whollyintangible such as soap, toothpaste, or a full service such as dental examinations, financial services.
  • Service means all activities or benefits that may be offered one party to another that essentially intangible and does not result in ownership
