- PRODUCT KONVENIEN / everyday items: a consumer product that is usually frequent and immediate customer purchased. Divided by 3: staple goods, impulse goods, emergency goods
- PRODUCT SHOPPING (shopping goods): the process of consumer product purchase made comparisons
- SPECIAL PRODUCTS (specialty goods): consumer products which have unique characteristics or have a well-known brands at the expense of time, effort, or funds
- PRODUCTS ARE NOT WANTED (unsought goods): products that are not known to the consumer or the consumer may be known but usually never think to buy it
INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS:
- Materials and spare parts: spare parts & raw materials
- Capital goods: installation & equipment
- Business services and supplies: maintenance and repair of goods, operating supplies
